Microsoft is set to release the next version of Windows on June 24th
During a recent build event, Microsoft briefly mentioned the next possible version of the Windows operating system, which symbolizes the "next generation of Windows". The event to launch this new version of Windows is currently underway.
Although it has not been officially revealed what the new version will be called, many speculate that it will be launched as Windows 11.
Microsoft's support for Windows 10 will end on October 14, 2025, and will be valid for Windows 10 Home and Pro (Pro Education, Pro for Workstations) versions of Windows, as stated on the support page.
As a result of this statement, many are tempted to believe that the new version of Windows, which is due to be released next week, will not be released as Windows 10. There is a possibility.
According to the information released on the Internet, the next version of Windows will see a slightly larger UI change, it will not be able to see the Live Tiles in the Start menu, it will look simpler than the Start menu in Windows 10.
Also, the app icons and Start menu in the taskbar are center-aligned and there is an option to move them all to the left if you want. In addition, you can see a cleaner dark mode than the dark mode seen in Windows 10, and rounded corners are used throughout the OS.
Windows 11's taskbar has a new icon called widgets, and many expect Microsoft to bring back Windows widgets. But since this is a basic version of Windows 11, these widgets do not fully load in the OS.
Most of these widgets are designed to provide quick access to news, weather and other web content.
All apps in Windows 11 have access to the snap controls via the maximize button, allowing you to quickly arrange windows side by side or arrange sections.
Windows 11’s new snap feature
Microsoft has also announced a new startup sound with Windows 11.
It has been reported that Microsoft has recently introduced a new Microsoft Store, but this version of the Windows Store will not be able to see a significant change. But since this is a basic version of Windows 11, we can expect some big changes in the Microsoft Store through an upcoming build.
As this is still a basic version of Windows 11, all the features of the upcoming version of Windows may not have been included yet and we hope to bring you details about the official information that will be announced by the event on June 24th.
